Qué es bello?

"Así defendéis la obesidad", "Eso no es sano", "No me gusta", "Eso es malo para la salud", "Debe adelgazar", "Qué asco", "Qué p*** gorda", "Eso no es belleza"...

Belleza... qué es bello y qué no? Quién lo decide? Que una persona no te resulte atractiva ya la convierte en fea? Yo no le veo así, pienso que cada persona es bonita a su manera y, si alguien no me atrae físicamente puedo no fijarme o mirar y no juzgar su cuerpo. Que la obesidad sea una enfermedad lo sé, no necesito que nadie me lo recuerde, si publico imágenes (sobre todo en Twitter) visibilizando todo tipo de cuerpos es porque hay mucha estigmatización. A veces se usa "gordo" como sinónimo de "feo" y "has adelgazado" como sinónimo de "se te ve más belle"... todos los cuerpos son válidos.

"Like that you are supporting obesity", "That's not healthy", "I don't like it", "That's unhealthy", "They ought to lose weight", "That sucks", "Fat...", "That's not beauty"...

Beauty... what is the meaning of beauty? Who is beautiful? If you do not think that someone is atractive then that person is not beautiful? I don't think so, I guess that everyone is beautiful. Everybody is beautiful in different ways. Moreover, if I don't like someone physicaly I may do not look or just see without judging. I already know that obesity is an ailment, I don't need anybody to tell me that. If I upload images  (most of them on Twitter) showing different types of bodies it's due to the stigmas. Sometimes, "fat" is used as a synonim of "ugly" and "you've losen weight" as a synonim of "you look prettier"... all bodies are valid.

Beleza... que é belo e que non o é? Quen o decide? Que una persona non te resulte atractiva xa a converte en fea? Eu non o vexo así, penso que cada persoa é bonita á súa maneira e, se alguén non me atrae físicamente podo non fixarme ou mirar e non xulgar o seu corpo. Que la obesidad é unha enfermidade xa o sei, non preciso que ninguén mo lembre, s publico imaxes (sobre todo en Twitter) dando visibilidade a todo tipo de corpos é porque hai moita estigmatización. Ás veces se emprega "gordo" como sinónimo de "feo" e "baixaches de peso" como sinónimo de "véxote maís fermose"... todos os corpos son válidos.
